1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FXLab software (Forex Simulator, Risk Manager, Telegram Copier), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FXLab software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive the source code. You may not share your license key with third parties.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS for A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the software.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. FXLab does not receive or store your card details.

14-day money-back guarantee. Annual (1-year) plans — Forex Simulator, Risk Manager and the Forex Simulator + Risk Manager bundle — are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee counted from the date of purchase. If the product does not suit you, write to us within 14 days and we will refund 100% of the amount paid. Monthly and 2-month plans are not covered by this guarantee.

How to request a refund. Email support@fxlab.app or message @FXlab_ap on Telegram and include the email of your FXLab account.

How the refund is paid. Card payments are refunded to the same card; how soon the money appears depends on your bank. USDT payments are refunded in USDT: send us your USDT wallet address on the TON network. We cannot refund to the address the payment came from, because exchange addresses usually do not belong to you personally.

After a refund, the license issued for that purchase is deactivated. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first — we will resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
